There are several beaches in the area, all the way to the rocky or child-friendly beach, within a few minutes' comfortable walk. And on the waterfront, a variety of water sports can be found and rented.
We also recommend it for sports enthusiasts, as there are plenty of cycle paths not only for cyclists but also for runners.
Just 300 metres from the villa, the family restaurant is a cosy place for a delicious dinner, but there are also a variety of options nearby.
The centre of Zadar can be easily reached by bike in 15 minutes from the beach, or by car in 5 minutes. If you prefer public transport, buses run every hour and the bus stop is 300 metres from the villa.
The nearby town of Petrčane is a 5-minute drive away, with a child-friendly beach and playgrounds, as well as boat rental facilities. As an optional extra, you can taste local wines and specialities at the Krajlevski Winery.
Nin is a 15-minute drive from Zadar, where a beautiful sandy beach awaits those who wish to relax.

Details of Villa Anchor
The Villa can accommodate up to 10-12 guests. The middle floor of the house has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with separate shower and washbasin, plus 1 separate washbasin, fully equipped modern kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room. The bedrooms can accommodate 4 people in total, with 1 extra bed for children in the living room.
On the upper floor there is 1 double bedroom, 1 living room, modern kitchen, terrace, separate bathroom and bathroom. The bedroom can comfortably accommodate 2 people, while the living room can accommodate an extra bed for 1 child.
The living rooms are comfortable and furnished with antique furniture. Guests can prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped, modern kitchen and enjoy them in the sunny dining area. The balconies off the living rooms offer seating areas and sea views.
Villa Anchor has a beautiful 11X 5 m private swimming pool with sun loungers in the fully fenced courtyard. Guests can refresh themselves in the pool or sunbathe on the comfortable sun loungers while enjoying the tranquillity of the surrounding area with sea views.
The large outdoor barbecue is perfect for preparing delicious meals.
We provide ping pong tables and other equipment for outdoor activities.
